    This morning, we discovered that our house water heater tank was leaking. I left a message for Paul to see if he could come take a look, and he responded almost immediately, saying he’d come by before noon. True to his word, he arrived around 11:00 AM, quickly confirmed the tank was leaking, and headed straight to the shop to get a replacement. He returned shortly after and had the new tank installed within an hour.

    Paul was incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient. His service was top-notch from start to finish. With that level of dedication and expertise, he definitely deserves a 5-star rating. Highly recommend!
